Century Denim, a division of Century Textiles and Industries Ltd is a vertically integrated plant from blow room to packing. With an annual turnover of US $57 million, Century Denim is capable of producing 20 million metres of denim fabric per annum. The plant has state-of-the-art machinery and consumes 14 million kg of cotton annually. The plant is equipped with 8400 ring spindles with slub attachments, 1680 OE rotors and 108 Airjet and Rapier looms.
The open end spinning frames produce fabrics in the yarn count range of 6s, 7s, 9s, 12s, 16s and 20s and the ring spinning frames in the yarn count range of 6s, 7s, 8s, 9s, 10s, 12s, 16s, using a variety of conventional cotton.
Century Denim's global-sized capacities and integrated operations across the textile value chain make it versatile and flexible to produce denim in various counts and constructions. This has enabled us to offer a wide range of products within tight timelines, while maintaining and exceeding customer expectations on quality.
